Meet Janet Malmquist

Janet Malmquist has been with Berry Group since 2016 and serves as the team's Director of Operations. She leads the business operations that support every aspect of Berry Group, from marketing and technology to client communications and operational systems, ensuring the team has the tools and support to provide an exceptional real estate experience.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and strategic approach, Janet develops the systems and processes that keep Berry Group operating efficiently behind the scenes. Her leadership creates the structure and support that allow the team to focus on serving clients with professionalism, consistency, and care.

Janet has called Lantana home since 2007. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and her dog, Katie.
